RESOLUTION NO. 93-75
DECLARING THE TAX FORFEIT PARCEL SUBSTANDARD
FROM A DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE AND AUTHORIZING
THE PRIVATE SALE TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which has
become the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described below has heretofore been classified by the
Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation
land, and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the Board of County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has declared that
the parcel listed below as undevelopable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, that acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that said
classification by said Board of County Commissioners of the parcel of land described as
non -conservation land is hereby approved; and
FURTHER, that the parcel be authorized for private sale to adjacent property owners
subject to easements for storm water drainage and lakeshore purposes across and
through the entirety of the parcel as hereinafter shown:
