RESOLUTION 93-66
DENYING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY PLAT/PLAN AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR THOMPSON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC.
LOCATED NORTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND DUNKIRK LANE NORTH (92115)
WHEREAS, Thompson Land Development, Inc. has requested approval of a
Residential Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plat/Plan, Conditional Use
Permit and Variance for property located northeast of County Road 9 and
Dunkirk Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the Residential
Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plat/Plan and Conditional Use Permit and
Variance located northeast of County Road 9 and Dunkirk Lane North, based on
the following findings:
1. The Concept Plan for this RPUD was denied. Without an approved Concept
Plan, the RPUD Preliminary Plan/Plat and Conditional Use Permit cannot be
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
