RESOLUTION NO. 93-61
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
CONVEY SURPLUS PROPERTY TO ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the installation of a sound barrier
fence between Northwest Boulevard and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Bass Lake Heights
4th Addition as a part of City Project No. 106; and
WHEREAS, the fence was installed 14 feet from the property lines into
Outlot E of Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have agreed to accept ownership of the
fence, trees, and the strip of land_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the easterly 14 feet of that part of Outlot E,
Bass Lake Heights 4th Addition. Hennepin County, MN, according to the
recorded plat thereof lying southeasterly of the southwesterly extension
of the northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 1, of said addition, is
aeclared surplus property; and that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to convey said strip of land to the three adjoining property
owners with the understanding that it be combined and become a part of
the existing lots.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
