HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-060CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 93-60 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND KINGSWAY ESTATES ADDITION (90081) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated February 20, 1991, Orville E. Miller and Joyce T. Miller, developer of Kingsway Estates addition (90081) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed the utility construction as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: INK M14zF3FWX"(I1it'31 1M*MFX(41114 Sanitary Sewer -0- 2,500 -0- -0- Watermain 9,600 -0 -0- -0- Inspection, As-Builts 1.152 s00 -0- _o_ TOTAL $10,752 $2,800 $-0- $-0- That the letter of credit required for the above items was previously reduced as detailed above from $10,752 to $-0- to reflect the completed work on the public improvements, and from $2,800 to $-0- to reflect the completed work on the private improvements. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Cash: $ 1,000 $ -0- That the $1,000 cash deposit submitted on April 11, 1991 is reduced as detailed above from $1,000 to $0 to reflect the completed work. The cash deposit is hereby released and will be returned to the developer. Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
