RESOLUTION NO. 93-53
APPROVING WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN
FOR EAGLEWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developers of the Eaglewood Addition propose to fill wetlands
for roadway and lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the public
roadways and construction of ten lots; ani
WHEREAS, a Mitigation Plan was prepared replacing the wetlands at 1:1 ratio,
which is the minimum required by the Wetland Conservation Act of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Mitigation Plan meets the requirements of the wetland act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Finding of
Fact, approving the filling of wetlands and the Mitigation Plan for wetland
restoration in the plat of Eaglewood Addition.
