RESOLUTION NO. 93-50
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, ZACHARY HILLS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Stephen G. Koshiol has petitioned
the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easement within Lot 4, Block 2, Zachary Hills.
DESCRIPTION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION
PIN 11-118-22-11-0033
A portion of the drainage easement located within the following described
line: Connencing at the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Zachary
Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, MN;
thence northeasterly along the west property line of said above described
property a distance of 85.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 34.00 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting to the
left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 6.00 feet; thence
deflecting to the right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of
16.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds a distance of 6.00 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 16.00 feet to the point of
beginning and there terminating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of February 22, 1993 at 7;00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
