RESOLUTION 93-45
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TARGET, INC. FOR TARGET
GREATLAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (90025)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Target Greatland was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-320; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $741,900; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-10 authorized the reduction of
the bond to $54,450; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the bond in the amount of $54,450, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Target Greatland.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
