RESOLUTION 93-44
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GAGE MARKETING GROUP,
INC. FOR THE S.J. GROVES BUILDING LOCATED AT 10000 STATE HIGHWAY 55 (92106)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for the S.J. Groves Building for a parking lot expansion
was approved under an Administrative Approval Letter dated November 16, 1992;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of cash in the amount of $14,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the cash in the amount of $14,000, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the S.J. Groves Building.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
