RESOLUTION 93-43
APPROVING AMENDED MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT AND FINAL SITE PLAN FOR ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA (92118)
WHEREAS, Frank's Nursery has requested approval for an Amended Mixed Planned
Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit and Final Site Plan for
property located 4190 Vinewood Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Frank's Nursery for an Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Plan and
Conditional Use Permit and Final Site Plan for property located 4190 Vinewood
Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. This permit is for the enclosure of 3,240 square feet of the outdoor sales
area to be included in the Frank's Nursery and Crafts building.
2. Compliance with all applicable conditions of City Council Resolution 90-
430 (Amended MPUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit), and Resolution 90-432
(Final Site Plan), and Resolution 91-593 (Poly house expansion).
3. The structure floor area is increased 3,240 square feet and the outdoor
sales and display area is decreased 3,240 square feet to a new total of
21,230 square feet.
