APPROVING AMENDED MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT SIGN PLAN FOR "CUB FOODS"

WHEREAS, Color Sign Systems, Inc. has requested approval for a Mixed Planned
Unit Development Sign Plan for property located at 3550 Vicksburg Lane North;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Color Sign Systems, Inc. for a Mixed Planned Unit Development Sign Plan for,
property located at 3550 Vicksburg Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The sign amendment approved is to permit a wall sign on the west wall of
the "Cub Food" structure that is 14 feet by 4 inches by 24 inches for a
total of 28 square feet.
2. The approved sign wall coverage is 11.8 percent on the west wall.
Adopted by the City Council on January 25, 1993.
