RESOLUTION 93-41
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PAN -O -GOLD BAKING COMPANY FOR ADVANTAGE
LEASING AND SALES (92116)
WHEREAS, Pan -O -Gold Baking Company has requested approval for a Conditional
Use Permit for service use in the industrial district and the outside storage
of vehicles for property located at 3130 Ranchview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Pan -O -Gold Baking Company for a Conditional Use Permit for service use in the
industrial district and the outside storage of vehicles for property located
at 3130 Ranchview, Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Advantage Leasing and Sales and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All parking shall be offstreet in designated areas which comply with the
Zoning Ordinance.
5. No more than 5 vehicles related to the leasing and sales business may be
parked on this site.
6. No vehicles for this use may be parked inside the building.
7. Screening requirements for the outside storage of vehicles is hereby
waived.
8. The leasing and sales business is found to meet the requirements for a
service use in the industrial district.
