RESOLUTION NO. 93-20
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A
STREET, CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER
PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3 AND LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4
RIDGECREST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a street, curb and gutter, sidewalk and
utility easement over part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4,
Ridgecrest Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for January 4,
1993 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of January 4, 1993; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on January 4, 1993 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a street, curb and gutter, sidewalk and
utility easement over part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4,
Ridgecrest Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following street, curb and gutter, sidewalk and utility easement
over part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Ridgecrest Addition be
vacated:
That part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Ridgecrest
Addition, lying within a radius of 60 feet of a point on the center line of
29th Avenue north distant 60.00 feet west along said center line from the
east line of said Ridgecrest Addition as recorded in Document No. 4489751.
