RESOLUTION NO. 9�-14
APPROVING CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESPONSE TO
HENNEPIN COUNTY GROUND WATER PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has reviewed the proposed Hennepin County Ground
Water Plan by staff and other organizations of which the City is a member; and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin Conservation District has requested comments from cities
and water management organizations as part of the required approval process by
the Board of Water and Soil Resources and the Hennepin County Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor submit a letter to the Hennepin
Conservation District containing the information and recommendations as
contained within the December 31 memorandum from the Director of Public Works.
Also, copies of the letter be submitted to the Board of Water and Soil
Resources and the Hennepin County Board.
Adopted by the City Council on January 4, 1993.
