RESOLUTION NO. 93-11
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREET, RIGHT-OF-WAY KINGSVIEW LANE, FORMERLY LAKE STREET AND LAKESHORE
COMMONS, ADJACENT TO LOTS 18, 19, 20, AND 21, BLOCK 2
SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Wayne Heaton has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way:
Kingsview Lane (originally platted as Lake Street and
Lakeshore Commons) adjacent to the southwesterly lot lines of
Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 2, Suburbandale on Parker
Lake.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should,
of February 8, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in
Center, 5400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
hearing of said petition and directs
notice of said hearing as provided by
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
and hereby does, establish the date
the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
the time and place for the public
the administrative staff to publish
law.
