RESOLUTION NO. 93-10
DENYING THE REQUEST FROM SCHOOL DISTRICTS
FOR PAYMENT OF TAX INCREMENTS
WHEREAS, the various school districts within the City of Plymouth have made
requests to receive tax increments for that portion relating to referendum
passed by the school districts; and
WHEREAS, the City has outstanding debt service requirement to be paid within
these tax increment districts; and
WHEREAS, the City believes it is in the best interests of the City to not
disburse funds for these requests by the school districts until all debt
service requirements have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City is hereby denying the requests from the
various school districts for that portion of the tax increments applicable to
the school referendum.
