RESOLUTION 93-8
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND EXTENSION OF THE
COMPLETION DATE FOR GEM ENTERPRISES LOCATED AT 11311 STATE HIGHWAY 55 (91109)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Shopping Center was approved under City
Council Resolution 92-87; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee with
a completion date of February 3, 1993 in the form of a Cash in the amount of
$16,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee and extension of the
completion date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $8,500
reduction of the cash escrow which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Plymouth Shopping Center to a new total guarantee of $8,000
and a 6 month extension of the completion date of the project to August 3,
1993.
Adopted by the City Council on January 4, 1993.
