RESOLUTION 93- 7
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ABRA, INC. (92111)
WHEREAS, ABRA, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for an ABRA
Autobody for property located at 11040 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMCUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
ABRA, Inc. for an ABRA Autobody for property located at 11040 Highway 55,
subject to `:he following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to ABRA, Inc. for an automobile repair servicing
facility and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas.
5. All parking shill be off-street in designated areas which comply with the
Zoning Ordinance.
6. All outside storage of vehicles is prohibited.
7. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for the remodeling of the
structure, the slatting in the chain link fence must be completed.
8. Hours of operation shall not commence before 7:00 a.m. and extend no
later than 9:00 p.m. on weekdays; and from 7:00 a.m. -to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, only. No Sunday work is allowed.
