RESOLUTION 93-6
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR ARGUS DEVELOPMENT, INC. LOCATED NORTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND GOLDENROD
LANE NORTH (92110)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located northwest of the intersection of 42nd Avenue North and Cottonwood Lane
North from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low Density
Single Family Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the
Preliminary Plat for Argus Development, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Argus Development, Inc. to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
