HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1993-003CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-3 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DONALD HANSE FOR A MASONRY AND BRICK REPAIR BUSINESS LOCATED AT 1855 NIAGARA LANE NORTH (92108) WHEREAS, Donald Hanse has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for a masonry and brick repair company for property located at 1855 Niagara Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Donald Hanse for a Home Occupation for a masonry and brick repair business for property located at 1855 Niagara Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the Donald Hanse as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. The Conditional Use Permit is for the Home Occupation for the outside storage of equipment and trade materials required for a masonry and brick repair business. The outside storage is to be located in a 60' by 100' area as shown on the plans dated December 11, 1992. 6. A six foot wood screen fence shall be constructed along the south and east sides of the outside storage as shown on the plans dated December 11, 1992. Adopted by the City Council on January 4, 1993.
