RESOLUTION 93-2
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR PLYMOUTH PARTNERS II FOR PLYMOUTH TECHNOLOGY PARK (91031)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at the northwest corner if I-494 and Schmidt Lake Road from FRD
(Future Restricted Development District) to the I-1 (Planned Industrial
District) and B-2 (Shopping Center Business District) in conjunction with
approval of the Preliminary Plat for Plymouth Partners II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
