Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day
:)f December 1989. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent; None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.

WAS, the City Council has authorized the construction of various projects,
and
*23WAS, financing has been provided through the sale of bonds and interfund
transfers, and
WHERFA^, it is sound financial management to transfer the remaining
construction funds to the respective debt service funds and original financing
funds for projects that are completed;
NOW, '1WORE, BE IT MRM NSMVED BY 7W CITY CWNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM3=, WNNES TA that Project V a 008, 011, 246, 506, 544, 630, 660, 724,
743, 808, 809, 831 and 910 be closed and all remaining construction funds be
transferred to the corresponding Debt Service Funds and original financing
funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Z.itnr and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
