Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of December , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmernbers VasilioU,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 89-833
APPROVING KENNEL LICENSE FOR DEAN AMSBAUGH
WHEREAS, application for a kennel license has been received from Dean Amsbaugh, 16910
County Road 47, for the period January 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990, and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety has received no complaints on this operation and
recommends approval of the license, and
WHEREAS, the conditional use permit for this kennel operation has been administratively
renewed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it hereby approves a kennel license for Dean Amsbaugh, 16910 County
Road 47, for the period January 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
