Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of December , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneide— r,ZUouncilmembers asi fou --
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 89-832
APPROVING TAXI DRIVER LICENSES FOR 1990
WHEREAS, four applications for Taxi Driver licenses have been received; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted applicant investigations and finds no
reason to deny the licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Taxi Driver licenses are hereby approved for the perioc January 1,
1990, through December 31, 1990, for the following individuals:
YELLOW TAXI SERVICE CORPORATION
Dwight Bradley
Brian Jack
James Stoddard
Alden Turnidge
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc H member Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Mur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
