Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of December _, 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Z`ouncilmembers as liou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-831
APPROVING TAXICAB LICENSES FOR 1990
WHEREAS, an application for a Taxicab License has been received from Yellow Taxi
Service Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted vehicle inspections and found no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Taxicab License is hereby approved for Yellow Taxi Service
Corporation for the period January 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
