Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of December , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
he following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-828
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly
Lane North, for a Target and Trap Shooting license; and
WHEREAS, the required fees and certificate of insurance have been provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting license is hereby issued to the Plymouth Gun
Club, 4955 Holly Lane North, for the period January 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
