Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetingof the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th
day of December 1969, The following were present:
Schne er, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None

its adoption:
RESOLUTICN NO. 89-825
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAXES PAYABLE IN 1990
WHEREAS, the City Council bas approved the operating budgets for the period
camrencing January 1, 1990 and certain monies to finance said budgets are
required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THMMEM, BE IT HEREBY' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM7fTM, KDR03OTA, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on
taxable property in the City of Plymouth for the year 1990 as set out in the
approved 1990 City budgets are hereby levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESCII,VED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before Decemebr 28, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
