Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _ 18th day of
December 1989. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Rick

RESOLUTION NO. 89- 818
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting
installation of ornamental commercial street lighting in the Bass Creek
Business Park Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Creek
Business Park Addition by the installation of commercial ornamental
street lighting, filed with the City Council on December 18, 1989,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Vasilini,.
_Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
