Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of December ,
1989. The following members were present: _ Sisk, Ricker, Vasiliou. Zitur- SrhnpidPr,

Councilmember Ricker _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 816
APPRO�'NG CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COU4TY ROAD 6, COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8642
FERNBROOK LANE TO COUNTY 101
CITY PROJECT NO. 829
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a new roadway
and traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 6 from Fernbrook Lane
to County Road 101, Hennepin County Project No. 8642, Agreement No. PW 67-17-89 has
been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED; That said Agreement in all things approved as
conditioned herein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ma -,,or and City Manager are authorized to sign
. Agreement No. 67-17-89, Hennepin County Project No. 8642, City Project No. 829.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to be
$1,000,000, is provided from Tax Increment Finance Districts 1-2, 1-2A, 1-3, 1-4, and
1-5.
FURTHER, that any existing above ground utility lines that are relocated because they
conflict with the new roadway be relocated underground in accordance with Section 735
of the Plymouth City Code.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncl member Sisk
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: —TICTer- Sisk, Zitur, Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
