• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of December
1989. The following members were present: mayor Srhneider. Co ncilmembers ,

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-808
REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR REQUIRED WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION
NORTHFORK ADDITION (89016)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Jack L. Swedlund and Betsy A. Swedlund A.K.A. Betsy
Ann Held have entered into a development contract dated October 2, 1989 for the
development of Northfork Addition; and
WHEREAS, as part of this development the developer was required to construct a 16 inch
watermain along County Road No. 9 in order to conform with the City of Plymouth's
overall Water Distribution Plan; and
WHEREAS, the developer installed the required 16 inch watermain in County Road No. 9
between Vicksburg Land and Xene Lane; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for required
watermain construction as provided for in the development contract; and
WHEREAS, this amount to $27,521.76 including engineering fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the developers, Jack L. Swedlund and Betsy A. Swedlund A.K.A. Betsy
Ann Held, are to be reimbursed in the amount of $27,521.76 for the required 16 inch
watermain construction based on the alignment in the construction plans and in
accordance with Section 3.3 in the development contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated from the Trunk Water Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followig voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur ans
ci Oak '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
