HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-801CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on of becembeT lg 89 The following members the igth day were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 801 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR JAMES P. BREMER FOR THE BREMER ADDITION (89031) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for James P. Bremer for the Bremer Addition at the northeast corner of Zinnia Lane and Sunset Trail; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does OF THE CITY OF approve be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: the following to I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider Counci membe s Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
