Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular _ meting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
December .1989. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

**REAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments
for Delinquent Water Sprinkling Ban Violations as provided by the City
Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it deans just;
NOW, TRERUM, BE IT HMW RESOLVED By 7HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part thereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special
assessment against the land named therein and each tract of land herein
included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the
assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director
by January 17, 1990 without additional charge. After January 17, 1990
daily interest charge based on an annual rate of 8.00% starting on
December 18, 1990 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The
last date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is November
15, 1990. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this
resolution until December 31, 1991 and payment can only be made to
Hennepin County with the 1991 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid
over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the 1989 Delinquent Water Sprinkling Ban Violations
assessed by this resolution are $110.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou, Ricker,_Zitur, and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
