Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 18th day of DeremhPr , 1989 The following
members were present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 791
APPROVING SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE AND AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT
DESIGN PHASE OF FIRE STATION 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized
funding for a renovation or replacement of Fire Station 1; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an investigative study
provided by Trossen/Wright and Associates Architects; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth directed the
architect to complete a schematic design phase; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth approves the
schematic design phase.
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA directs the Trossen/Wright and Associates
Architects to proceed ahead to the design development phase.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
