Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of December , 1989.
The following members were present:__ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-790
ESTABLISHING THE CITY MANAGER'S PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE
PAYMENT FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 1988 THROUGH DECEMBER 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council and City Manager have set forth certain performance
objectives to be accomplished during the period December 1988 through December 1989;
and
WHEREAS, the Council has agreed upon a method to determine the extent to which the
objectives have been reached; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Zitur, and Ricker have participated in
the City Manager's performance objectives evaluation.
NOW, THEREFnRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, ,hat it should, and hereby does, authorize a performance objective award of
$4,386, which is 87.72% of the maximum 1989/1990 performance award of $5,000, in
accordance with the objectives and evaluatory criteria heretofore established.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
