Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
npreimhpr , 1989. The following members were present:. ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
_Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-783
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
15TH AVENUE - NORTH OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 945
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 24, 1989 a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with
respect to the improvement to properties adjacent to 15th Avenue north of
South Shore Drive.
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the installation of a bituminous
street with storm sewer and and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on December 4, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $32,502.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 2nd day of January 1990 in the Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30
p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur and

Whereupon the Resolution was d^-lared duly passed and adopted.
