HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-782CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of naramhar , 1989. The following members were present: , Mn nr Srhnaidar, COunrilmembers Ricker Zitur and Sisk The :ollowing members were absent: Councilmembers Vasiliou Cn17ncilm-amhpr Stak introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 782 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING BASS LAKE HILLS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 4, 1989, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Bass Lake Hills Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 4, 1989; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted December 4, 1989. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -Hennepin Cooperatie Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur -ad Q- c4 The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
