Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
December 1989. The following members were present:

Coun ilm m6 r SiAk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NC. 89-776
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
OUTLOT E, CARLSON CENTER SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the owner of Outlot E, Carlson Center
Second Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easement within Outlot E, Carlson Center Second
Addition:
The 10 foot drainage and utility easements lying southerly of and
adjacent to the northerly line of Outlot E Carlson Center Second
Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County
Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
December 18, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motini for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cotinril PC]h r lir„ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Srhn ld - Connrilmemharc Rirko. 7irur
and Sisk •
The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
