Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None *.t Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 772 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR ROBERT K. WALLACE (89091) WHEREAS, Robert K. Wallace has requested approval for a lot division/lot consolidation and variances for the creation of two lots, located at 17920 20th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot consolidation and variances for Robert K. Wallace for property located at 17920 20th Avenue North. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION EXISTING PARCEL A: That part of Lot 9 lying Westerly of the extension Southerly to the South line of said Lot 9, of the Fasterly line of the Westerly 125 feet of Lot 8 as measured at right angles to the West line of said Lot 8, and that part of the North 15 feet of said Lot 9 as measured at right angles to the North line of said Lot 9, lying Easterly of said Southerly extension, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota. EXISTING PARCEL B: Lot 9, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview, according to the recorded plat thereof, except that part described as follows: That part of Lot 9 lying Westerly of the extension Southerly to the South line of said Lot 9, of the Easterly line of the Westerly 125 feet of Lot 8 as measured at right angles to the West line of said Lot 8, and that part of the North 15 feet of said Lot 9 as measured at right angles to the North line of said Lot 9, lying Easterly of said Southerly extension, Block 2, Snyder's Lakeview, according to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota. (see next page) Resolution No. 89-772 Page Two File 89091 NEW PARCEL A: That part of Lot 9, Block 2, SNYDER'S LAKEVIEW, according to the recorded plat lying northerly and westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said Lot 9 and the south line of the north 15.00 feet of said Lot 9; thence westerly along said South line to the intersection of the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 194.79 feet of Lot *, said Block 2; thence southerly along said southerly extension to the south line of the northerly 25.00 feet of said Lot 9; thence westerly along said south line to the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 125.00 feet of said Lot 8; thence southerly along said southerly extension to a point 75.44 feet north of the south line of said Lot 9 as measured along said southerly extension; thence southwesterly deflecting to the right 39 degrees 04 minutes 47 seconds a distance of 20.14 feet; thence southeasterly deflecting to the left 45 degrees 04 minutes 19 seconds a distance of 59.61 feet to a point on the south line of said Lot 9 distant 6.50 feet westerly of the intersection of the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 125.00 feet of said Lot 8 and south line of said Lot 9 and there said line terminates. NEW PARCEL B: That part of Lot 9, Block 2, SNYDER'S LAKEVIEW, according to the recorded plat lying southerly and easterly of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said Lot 9 and the south line of the north 15.00 feet of said Lot 9; thence westerly along said South line to the intersection of the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 194.79 feet of Lot *, said Block 2; thence southerly along said southerly; extension to the south line of the northerly 25.00 feet of said Lot 9; thence westerly along said south line to the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 125.00 feet of said Lot 8; thence southerly along said southerly extension to a point 75.44 feet north of the south line of said Lot 9 as measured along said southerly extension; thence southwesterly deflecting to the right 39 degrees 04 minutes 47 seconds a distance of 20.14 feet; thence southeasterly deflecting to the left 45 degrees 04 minutes 19 seconds a distance of 59.61 feet to a point on the south line of said Lot 9 distant 6.50 feet westerly of the intersection of the southerly extension of the east line of the westerly 125.00 feet of said Lot 8 and south line of said Lot 9 and there said line terminates. FURTHER, Oat the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin Cou,,ty. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Srhneidpr. CniinrilmPmhers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
