Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
November 1989. The following were pmt:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk _introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHOWW, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII,
Section 720.16 and 720.45 of the City (lode of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
a determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent water,
sprinkling ban violations for parcels have not been paid as provided by law,
and the total amount of such charges is $110.
NOW, 7HEIWM, BE IT HEREBY MMVED BY THE CITY CO(WIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYND[TII•i, MINNES07A:
I. The amount of delinquency to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $110.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
as provided by law; and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the caapletion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
