HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-761CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of November , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Cnuncilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-761 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF FIRST AVENUE IN KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Kingswood Farm Homeowner's Association has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following: That part of First Avenue North as originally laid out and platted in the plat of Kingswood Farm between County Highway 101 and Kimberly Lane. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 18, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnunvilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Picker, , Zi titr and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
