Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
November , 1989. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Ric ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-760
GRANTING DRIVEWAY EASEMENT OVER
OUTLOTS D AND E STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITION AND
OUTLOT B STEEPLECHASE 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Outlots D and E Steeplechase 5th Addition and Outlot B Steeplechase
4th Addition was deeded to the City as a condition of the Steeplechase 4th and
5th Additions Plat; and
WHEREAS, Granting said Outlots for trail purposes causes Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 2 and Lot 2, Block 3 Steeplechase 5th Addition to be landlocked; and
WHEREAS, the developer of Steeplechase 5th Addition has requested a driveway
easement over said Outlots to remedy the landlocked situation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to grant
the requested driveway easement across Outlots D and E Steeplechase 5th
Addition and Outlot B, Steeplechase 4th Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
