HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-749CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of November 19$__ The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember. Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 749 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES FOR TYRELL FIFTH AND SIXTH ADDITION (89097) (RPUD 79-2) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a division/consolidation for Hans Hagen Homes for Tyrell Fifth and Sixth Addition regarding Lot 1, Block 1, Tyrell Sixth Addition; Lot 1, Block 2, Tyrell Fifth Addition; and Lot 2, Block 2, Tyrell Fifth Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said division/consolidation: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No building setback variances are granted or implied. All minimum building setbacks shall be consistent with those approved for this RPUD. 3. Compliancy with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage facilities. 4. No Building Permit to be issued until the approval resolution is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
