Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _20th day
of November 19-L— The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk
moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION 89-747
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR THE SUNSET VALLEY HOMES
SECOND ADDITION (89092)
WHEREAS, John Henning has requested approval for Final Plat for Sunset Valley
Homes Second Addition located at the intersection of Kirkwood Lane and Sunset
Trail; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for John Henning for Sunset Valley Homes Second Addition
located at the intersection of Kirkwood Lane and Sunset Trail; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the.City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmnmber Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneidpr- Cnunri1mPmhPrs
Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
