Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2ot_h day
of Novembers 19_.s_9 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sick
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-744
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRESBYTERIAN NEW CHURCH DEVELOPMENT TO
ALLOW FOR A PLACE OF WORSHIP IN THE R-•2 DISTRICT (89093)
WHEREAS, the Presbyterian New Church Development has requested a Conditional
Use Permit to allow for a place of worship in the R-2 (Low Density Multiple
Residence) District located at 16005 41st Avenue North (Plymouth Creek
Elementary School); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request for Presbyterian
New Church Development to allow for a place of worship in the R-2 (Low Density
Multiple Residence) District located at 16005 41st Avenue North (Plymouth
Creek Elementary School), subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Independent School District #E284 for the
Presbyterian New Church Development and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas.
5. No permanent signage is allowed relative to the use. One temporary sign,
not to exceed 20 square feet in area, is permitted on site from one hour
before services to one hour after services on Sundays.
6. The permit shall be reviewed annually to assure compliance with the
conditions.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
