Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of November 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Counclimembers Ricker, —
Zitur Vasiliou and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-741
CERTIFYING THE CITY ELECTION RESULTS OF NOVEMBER 7, 1989
WHEREAS, a City Election was held on the 7th day of November, 1989, in the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this Council has canvassed the returns of said election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the results of the City Election for Mayor and two Councilmembers are hereby
certified as shown on the attached page, and that the following individuals are hereby
declared the successful candidates for the terms shown commencing January 1, 1990:
Kim M. Bergman, Mayor (two-year ::erm)
Maria Vasiliou, Councilmember (four-year term)
Carole J. Helliwell, Councilmember (four-year term)
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker,
Zitur, Vasiliou and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
