Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of November , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schnei&—r—,1c6as ou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
were absent:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-7400
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR
CONTRACT DISPOSAL SERVICE
WHEREAS, application for a Garbage Hauler License has been received from Contract
Disposal Service of Fridley; and
WHEREAS, all necessary fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that it hereby approves a Garbage Hauler License for Contract Disposal Service for the
period of November 6, 1989, through March 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor, hnelder, Councilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
