Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ting of the City
Council of the City of Plym7uth, Mirmesota was held on the Frh day of
November 1989. The following were present:
Schneider, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent:
Sisk
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

A RESOLLT'ION SETTING PIBL.IC HEARING FOR
1990 CITY BUDGETS
WEIER M, in accordance with state statutes, the City Council annually adopts
various operating budgets; and
MMEAS, the Council desires to receive information from the public relative
to the proposed budgets; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is annually established for the purpose of obtaining
such resident input; and
NOW, TARE, BE IT MMEBY FMMVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MTl+[+MM that it hereby establishes Monday, November 20, 1989 at
7:30 p.m. as the first public hearing date for public review and comment
regarding the 1990 City Budgets; and
FUImm, does hereby direct the City Clerk to cause public notice of such
hearing to be published in the Star Tribune in substantially the form
attached.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being ta)oen thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
Schneider, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained:
None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
