HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-738CITY OF PLYMDM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November 1989. The following were present: Schneider, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou The following members were absent: Sisk Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: 'ES. n • • PROPOSED PRIMM TAX LEVIES FOR 7AXES PAMUKE IN 19911 WHEREAS, the City Council has preliminary approved the operating budgets for the period cam ening January 1, 1990 and certain monies to finance said budgets are preliminary required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth. NOW, SURE, BE IT iMMY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYM)[Tlii, NINNESOM, that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymcouth for the year 1990 as set out in the preliminary approved 1990 City budgets are hereby proposed to be levied: General Purpose: General Fund $ 7,087,400 Infrastructure 862,000 `fort Liability 176,800 Forestry 228,100 Storm Sealer Tax Districts 388.900 Total Gwmal Purpose 8.743.200 Special Levies: City Special Assessment 330,000 Housing and Pedeveloprent Authority 25,400 General obligation Debt 641,500 Total Special Levies 996.900 Total All Levies BE IT FUR'liM RESMVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before November 15, 1989. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Schneider, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
