Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of November , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-735
ADOPTING AMENDED POLICY FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DEFERMENT
FOR HOMESTEAD PROPERTY OWNED BY SENIOR CITIZENS AND DISABLED PEOPLE
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1989, the City Council directed that the Policy for Special
Assessment Deferment for Homestead Property Owned by Senior Citizens and Disabled
People be rewritten to more clearly communicate the policy guidelines and procedures to
the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that it hereby approves the attached amended Policy for Special Assessment Deferment
for Homestead Property Owned by Senior Citizens and Disabled People.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
