HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-724CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November , 1989. The following members were present: , Savor Rchnaider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, 7irnr and Sisk The following members were absent: None Couneilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-724 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING SWAN LAKE WEST ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 6, 1989, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Swan Lake West Addition by the installation of Presidential Series residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on November 6, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 6, 1989. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Wright -Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, 7it„r anti Qia The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
