Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November
1989. The following members were present: M.%Wn,- cehnaider- Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: cnnnrilmP her Sisk
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-718
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Poor soils were encountered requiring additional subgrade excavation.
Additional 18" culvert and appurtenances were included. The culvert is
necessary to maintain proper drainage along Zachary Lane.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, Project No. 705 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, Project No. 705
by adding $7,108.56 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $721,678.67

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted
in favor thereof: M Unr Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricier and Z tur
The following voted against or abstained: None
.'Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
